The United Way of Northwest Arkansas is excited to welcome Ana Phakhin to the team! Ana has filled our Director of Community Impact position. Prior to joining the United Way, Ana was the Deputy Director of Education Organizing for the Arkansas Public Policy Panel (APPP). At the APPP, Ana worked closely with parents in the rural, low-income communities in the southern sectors of the state, to engage and equip them as advocates for quality education both at a local and state level. Ana grew up in Springdale, AR and is excited to be back in the area and close to family! She has jumped right into her position and has already been a huge help! Welcome Ana to the team.
