2-1-1 is the direct link between people who need help and people who can give help.
The 2-1-1 call center serves Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties.

2-1-1 is an easy to remember FREE telephone service that connects you to important community services andvolunteer opportunities in Northwest Arkansas.

Depending on local resources, referral services include:

• Food banks, shelters, and rent/utility assistance

• Health insurance programs, crisis intervention services, support groups, counseling, drug and alcohol rehabilitation

• Employment support

• Support services for children & the elderly

• Volunteer opportunities and donations
