Why should I become a Young Leader?
Through leadership development,
volunteerism, and networking, Young Leaders
strive to educate other young business
professionals about the work of United Way and
about the importance of a leadership gift. It
not only gives you the opportunity to expand
your knowledge and target the needs of the
community, but allows you to build contacts
within it as well.
What activities can I look forward to as a
Young Leader?
1. Lunch
with Leaders, are intimate networking
luncheons with prominent local leaders.
2. Volunteer Projects, offers members
and their families the opportunity to give
back to the community through a variety of
meaningful volunteer events, such as: Day of
Caring, Stuff the Bus and many more.
3. Networking and Social Events, allow
members and friends to expand their
professional and personal networks.
How can I stay informed of upcoming Young
Leaders events?

opportunities for Young Leaders through
